Managed to avoid Mr. Psycho at laundrette time today, and sucessfully swapped washing times with the person before me. I had to tell them why I wanted to swap of course, (ie that the person after me is a bit of a nut and has been on my case) but she seemed like she could cope OK.

It's more when you get to know these people bthat they're dangerous, because then you are part of their universe; they know you exist. It's wierd; like they get lonely because they've run out of people to hassle.

My radar must have failed quite stupendously tbh, Mr. Psycho was so obviously some kind of a nut but he just didn't trip the alarm bells. That's all part of how they operate.

Anyway, I won't have to look at him again hopefully, so that's a one up for me. Psychos are very dangerous; they can take everything from you if you are not veeeeery careful. It's like there are these monsters walking about, and some people are more susceptible to them than others; generally when you have close shaves with them they leave a kind of mark on you that others can detect. I have had a lot of close shaves with them and therefore always attract them.

The worst thing about it all is that no-one ever believes you. You could be murdered twice and nobody would believe you when you told them that dangerous individuals really do seem to have a yen for you. This is something it's taken me years to figure out and I'm still learning to deal with the obligatory human curveballs that get thrown my way, because it's learn or be absolutely fucked over. So there.

Anyway, I think I've got away clean this time. Honestly.

Meanwhile, I have found Red Son in the library. Red Son is the "What if Superman had been a Communist" comic by Mark Millar. I have only read Issue #2 and there are three issues, so I'm going to have some nice comix reading fun now. :-) :-)
